Installation Information Needed from the Deans to the Synod Office (Carrie Blank)
Information is needed to start the Process for:
- Board of Pensions
- ELCA office of the Secretary - database
- SWT Synod office - database
Information is done on-line with the ELCA which is also sent over to the Board of Pensions.
Installations will also be sent out on the List serve and is being put on the Synod website calendar.
Board of Pensions will receive their information a lot sooner.
* Whom is being Installed – Name
* Who is the officiant (Installer) – usually the Dean, if not Who
* Installation Date - Where & Time
* Effective Date of call - Important
* Phone numbers (home or cell)
* E-mail address (choose only 1 e-mail address to be used)
* Home address
* Conference
* Position: Pastor, Sr. Pastor, Co-Pastor, Associate Pastor, Assistant Pastor; Associate in Ministry (AIM), Deaconess or Diaconal Minister
