FOR THE 2012 SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS SYNOD ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
Resolutions to be presented to the Voting Members of the 2012 Southwestern Texas Synod Assembly must be signed by two voting members of the assembly, addressed to and received by Linda Zander, Secretary of the Synod, Southwestern Texas Synod, 1090 Oestreich Drive, Seguin, TX 78155-3403
Resolutions received by March 19, 2012, will be included in the Bulletin of Reports presented at the Pre-Assembly Conference meetings.
Resolutions not received by the deadline of March 19, 2012, are received by the assembly according to the guidelines of Bylaw 2.07.
