Address Updates
Congregations submit additions, changes, and deletions to the paper's circulation manager, Courtney Classen. Ms. Classen, a church office secretary at Shepherd King Lutheran Church in San Antonio, can be reached at 210-344-5881. Congregations are encouraged to submit updates as often as needed. Congregations may submit updates by E-Mail
Twice each year, every congregation receives a roster or list of its members who are receiving the paper. This is a good opportunity to audit the list to ensure that all members are receiving the paper.
Congregations are encouraged to submit changes on a timely basis, as the synod is charged 50 cents by the Post Office for each returned address.
Rostered persons, whether active or retired, receive their subscription to the The Vista through the congregation where they hold membership.
Congregations should submit the names and mailing addresses of rostered persons who become members as they would any other new member.

Online version of The Vista launched
An online version of The Vista, the newspaper of the Southwestern Texas Synod, is available at www.thevistaonline.org.
Registered users will receive a weekly update from the editor briefly describing the major articles that have been added in the past week. Use the sign-in feature in the upper right-hand corner of the home page of the web site.
An important note: simply visiting the web site does not register your email address. Those interested in receiving the updates must use the sign-in feature on the home page in order to join this list.
The online version of The Vista will work in partnership with the quarterly print issues. If you have questions about the new online resource or need assistance in using the sign-in feature, contact the editor at vista@satx.rr.com or (830) 305-2758.
Conference Correspondents
A correspondent for each conference receives the congregational newsletters from the congregations in the correspondent's conference and forwards news to the editor.
