* young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 who have chosen to commit their gifts, skills, time, and energy to serving God and ministering to youth everywhere
* trained by the Synod in Youth Ministry
* committed servants of Christ who can plan and conduct youth programs at the congregational, cluster, conference, and Synod levels
* YARP (Young Adult Resource Persons)
* YARP 2010-2011 Participation Form
