Here is how to register online:

| 1. Determine which registration to use: |
| a. VOTING Member Registration - Click here if you are: |
| Lay Voting Member |
| Clergy, Deaconess, Diaconal Minister or Associate in Ministry with Call |
| SAM (Synodically Authorized Minister with a year's contract) |

| b. NON-VOTING Member Registration - Click here if you are: |
| Clergy, Associate in Ministry, Diaconal Minister or Deaconess (Retired or On Leave) |

| c. VISITOR Registration - Click here if you are: |
| Spouse (non-rostered) of Clergy or Rostered Person |

| 2. Have the following information with you to complete the registration process: |
| a. an e-mail address |
| b. your congregation's name and city |
| c. the conference in which your congregation is located |
| d. payment information - either a checkbook (for payment by e-check) or a credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) on a secure site |

| 3. Click "register for this Event" at the bottom of the registration form |
| |
| 4. "Create" a 'login' user name on our ACS (Automated Church Systems); fill in the necessary information |
| Click Create - your user name and password will be sent to the e-mail you provided |
| At this point - you may continue to register for the event OR logout of the ACS Sytem and register later. |

| 5. To continue with registration: check the box by your name or the name you entered |
| |
| 6. Click NEXT and continue to register for the event |
| |
| 7. Then pay by e-check, Visa, Master Card or American Express and Submit |
| You will receive a Confirmation # for your records |
| |
| 8. TO REGISTER LATER: Begin with Step #1-3, then: |
| a. Enter your user name and the password that was e-mailed to you after creating your 'login' name. |
| |
| 9. Continue from Step 5-7 to complete your registration |
